Fitness First is designed to help both horse and rider become stronger, more balanced and better connected. Each session will be either rider fitness or horse fitness, offering focused support in a fun, relaxed and social setting. Horse fitness might include interval training at the gallops, polework or gymnastic flatwork, while rider sessions range from on-farm Pilates to buddy Fit-HIIT workouts. Whatever the day brings, it’s all about moving better, feeling better, and enjoying the journey. No fitness level required — just energy, enthusiasm and a smile! 🐴💛

We’ve taken the fast-paced sport of polocrosse and made it even more accessible to everyone. This amazingly addictive Sport , which is also great for spectators do not mistake this game for Polo (as the name suggests) as it really is very different- Our relaxed Polocrosse Pairs sessions are designed for fun and confidence  — ideal for young horses, new players/riders or anyone wanting to try something totally different without the pressure of competition, also great for those returning to the sport after a break, or those wanting a less physically demanding version of the game. With on-foot practice sessions and supportive coaching, you can learn the skills, build fitness, and be part of the next big thing at GreenSaddle
