Whether you're completely new to Polocrosse, an experienced player introducing a new horse to the sport, or simply looking for a version that's less physically intense than a full game, Polocrosse Pairs offers a fresh, accessible, non-contact, way to play. From lead-rein riders to seniors, every size and breed of horse, with the correct introduction, can turn their hoof to Pairs Polocrosse , ALL are welcome. 

The main differences : Instead of three-player sections, the game is played in pairs, (a goal scorer and a defence) which means less horses on the pitch, only one umpire required and a pitch that can be scaled to suit  a variety of venues,  making it easier to host and get members involved. We’ve also adjusted a few rules — such as non-contact play, limited tackling, and narrower goals — all to encourage accuracy, more passing, and good use of space. It’s the ideal format for learning the sport and developing confidence.

NB: You can start playing Polocrosse in a standard GP Saddle, Hat and Bridle no need for special equipment - GreenSaddle has everything to get you started On Foot or in the Saddle.
